Certified bilingual guides, all safety equipment, the Maleku cultural visit, and hot springs access as a plus. Pickup is free from Zone 1 in La Fortuna, staying farther out or driving yourself? There's parking on site; just tell us when you book.

Yes, with certified guides, kid-sized gear and a pace set for your group. Ages 6+ on the zipline, 10+ on all other adventures. No upper age limit, either.

No. Most of our guests are first-timers. Your guide is beside you on every cable, trail and rapid  including a tandem zipline option if you'd like company.

Totally fine the 50m rappel is optional and many guests skip it. Just know the tour price is the same either way: you're paying for the full guided experience, and skipping an optional doesn't change it.

If you can walk comfortably, you can do this. We adjust the pace to your group. A few health and weight guidelines apply; you'll find them on each tour page.
